48-Hours Detox Diet for the Weekend: Eliminate All the Toxins & Fats from Your Body

Detoxification techniques are very important for our health and well-being. They have been practiced for years and are great for helping people lose weight – which is way better than crazy diets that let us die in a way and slow down our metabolism, since they do not provide the nutrients we need.

Also, if you opt for weight loss processes that are not safe, you may suffer from:

– Dehydration

– Fatigue

– Nausea

– Nipples

– Dizziness

Problems in the colon

Our body offers us a great advantage, since we naturally have our own detoxification system. And for this to happen, three organs are involved: the kidneys, the colon and the liver.  In a simplified way, the kidneys filter the blood and eliminate the toxins through the pee. The colon removes the toxins before they harm the body.

The liver, in turn, is the first organ to defend against toxins and works perfectly as a filter that prevents unwanted substances from passing into the bloodstream.

For this whole system to work, we need to consume the proper nutrients.

So we’ve brought a detox method that will cleanse your body in 48 hours – preferably choose a weekend to detoxify.

Quinoa with Plums: Start the day by consuming quinoa, which is rich in protein, phosphorus and fiber, adding a few prunes, which are also rich in fiber. Both foods work as laxatives. Hence, they are very useful in detoxifying the body.
